Still I Run
Still I Run, the North Jersey chapter, is a dedicated community of movers and mental health advocates committed to improving our physical and mental well-being.
Our mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental illness and empower individuals to take charge of their health through the power of movement, whether it’s running, walking, or any other form of activity. We’re here for everyone, regardless of their ability level.
About
Run with us. Add meaning to your miles.
Still I Run is a community of walkers, runners and mental health warriors determined to take control of our physical and mental health while also breaking the stigma surrounding people that live with a mental illness.
Run or walk for your mental health alongside others in the community with our team at Root Runners. Still I Run is a non-profit that rallies around mental health, raising awareness and breaking the stigma. Their goal is to create a community of solidarity for those who struggle with depression, anxiety or other forms of mental illness and inspire others to use exercise as a way to combat it.
