Position Overview:
As a Retail Associate, you will be the frontline ambassador of the Root Runners brand, offering exceptional service and expertise to our community of runners. Your role involves interacting with customers, conducting feet and gait analyses using our in-store technology, learning and executing payment processes, and becoming proficient in our product offerings and running technology. Your goal will be to ensure every customer feels understood, supported, and leaves with the perfect fit and knowledge for their running journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers, providing a personalized shopping experience.
• Conduct detailed analyses of customers’ feet, gait, and running styles using in-store technology.
  Learn and efficiently operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for processing payments, returns,
• and exchanges.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of running gear, shoes, and accessories to offer accurate advice and recommendations.
• Participate in and contribute to our running clubs and community events.
  Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and inviting.

Qualifications:

• Passion for being active and helping others improve their experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and utilize in-store technology for foot and gait analysis.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
